If you just need interiors, I like the Amikasa app. You can actually do a fly through and if you need to share it and the person has the app, they can experience it as well as. Also allows you to see furniture in your space using the camera on you iPad. The furniture it preloaded so you can't adjust sizes but I have been able to make it work.

If you're interested in doing it yourself, I really like the Home Designer series by Chief Architect. Easy to use, and comes in a variety of flavors depending on what you need and are willing to spend.
