I would have a 24 x 60 inch table with a 14 inch padded bench on the patio door side of table, the table top would push over built in bench when in use & more when not in use. The 60 inch bench would slide under table as close to built in bench as possible . Leaving as much walking around room as possible . Also leaving plenty of room to enjoy entering &exiting patio doors

IMO this is a very poorly laid out kitchen a 27” walkway is too small 56” to the next counter is too much and as for that very small space you have for a table I would use the eating area at the counter and put a couple of small chairs in that space with a table inbetween and be done even a really naroow table will take up too much space IMO
