I need help Identifying my Aloe Succulent!

Hi there! I was wondering if i could get help identifying my Succulent!

Apologies for the bad quality, my hands are super shaky!

They are only around 3 inches tall (minus roots and pot) And the pale bumps are(I presume) growing spines

It needs a lot more sun (it can grow in full California-type sun, when you have access to that) , and its soil is killing it softly with its peat.

Read about gritty mixes here, but in less than a thousand words, you can also make that soil bearable if you cut it with 50% perlite.

Thank you! I've just picked them up, so I haven't had much time to accommodate them, as I know they are growing a little big for their pot! I only live in the UK, so not much sun here, I'm afraid, but I do have a UV setup. Thanks for all the help!

Edit: How do you know that the soil is the wrong type? Are there any indicators I should look out for? Thanks again!
