Hello All!
I have a parsley and chive plant that share a large pot and they were doing really great until about a week or two ago. They now have these white spots on them, they almost look like hard water stains you would see on glass (actually, that is exactly what they look like). The parsley seems fine otherwise, but the chives look a little sad and dried out. I've inspected for, bugs but don't see any. Right next to them I have a pot of rosemary and oregano as well as small pot of mint and those three all are doing really well.

Does any one have an idea of what this might be and how I could fix it?

(I am on well water if that makes a difference)
