I want to paint my kitchen island a contrasting color. The original paint is cheap builder grade and it's constantly getting scuffed and can't clean it. Want something that's washable. The granite color is verde (dark green). Island faces the living area. One big open space. The walls are cornsilk. I've attached pictures of island and the living area it faces as well as picture of the drapery. I'm thinking of using a contrasting green from the leaf color in the drapery. Thoughts?
