What about small hex tiles since it is a smaller room? I think these go with pedestal sink as well

I also agree with a hex honey comb tile floor. That's what we plan to do in our new bathroom. BUT you can get it much cheaper at Lowes.

We are just going to paint it, I want a bolder blue color for some interest in such a small space and the rest of the house will just be a light grey.

There is hardwood in the rest of the house that will bump up against whatever tile we install in the bathroom.
