Flooring Design Dilemma Before & After

Think about Hallmark floor with Nuoil finish

We are building a house and we are thinking about using Hallmark Ventura Flooring with this "Nu-Oil" finish. Does anyone have any experience with these floors? Is the maintenance problematic? I've read all the manuals, but I would love to hear from some users. We are looking to using the "Sandal" color. I would love to see some unscripted Hallmark photos.

Above are 2 jobs we sold and installed locally in St Paul and Minneapolis Metro. Both floors have Hallmark Nu-Oil which Hallmark call it baked in oil. They went in well and home owners were happy. If you ever purchase your floor, please be sure to order your spray cleaning bottle at the same time. IMO, there is better way to care bake in oil floors, but that is what they recommend. So I would stick with it so you don't lose your finish warranty. Hope my 2 cents help.
