Looks like Echinopsis 'Domino'.

A good soil to use is 50% cactus and succulent soil, and 50% perlite. Make sure to get all the old soil off the roots.

Give it as much sun as possible. However, make sure to adjust it (slowly) to high light levels first, so it doesn't get burned.

I have 1 when started growing Cactus almost 2yrs ago. It has grown alot. Produce pups ,but gave away.

What are your watering schedules?

I water once a week, when watering I drench it.
