I have been thinking about you all day. I hope things are brighter today. I also wanted to say that last year when I was faced with a very terrifying issue, saying out loud that everything was going to be OK along with taking a few minutes to breath in for a count of 7 and exhaling to a count of 11 helped get me to see through the fog of despair for a few brief moments everyday. Also now more than a year later the fog has lifted quite a bit and I like to think it was because positive beliefs can actually influence positive outcomes.
