need help for bathroom window treatment (tiles surrounding the window)

Hi,
My bathroom has only one window near the tub surrounded by tiles. We need privacy for taking shower as the window is right in the center of the tub. the whole wall is tiled so i cant install blinds or curtain rods.
right now i have put a tension rod with a fabric curtain.
Are there any other better ideas which will give privacy as well and functional and pretty?

I thought it might peel off with steam and moisture. will it stay good. the whole bathroom is decorated in jungle theme for the kids. Thanks!

No, I don't think it will peel off, but maybe another Houzzer has more experience with steam than I.

You can drill through tile with the proper drill bit.

Would you want to change the window to a glass block window with vents or a transom window above it that you can open to let fresh air in?

Opaque or frosted window films will hold up to the moisture in a bathroom if installed properly. The static cling versions are not as good. Www.solyxfilms.com has lots of options if you want to try DIY or call your local window film professional for help and advice.

replace the window with an opaque glass window, costs more but a better looking
option.

They make a glass spray that frost the window to let light through but give privacy ,I have used it many times,,when you get ready to remove it you just take a razor blade and scrape it off,cost about $7 dollars a can ...at lowes or Home Depot
