Hey everybody, so glad this is scheduled for the 12th! I will bring homebrew for sure, will have to think about what food to bring.

Please let me know if I'm doing this right. For potluck, I can bring:

1) bottled water

2) fruit salad

3) green salad and dressings

4) paper bowls & plastic forks

5) heavy duty trash bags (Home Depot contractor bags)

6) toilet paper

7) ice cubes

8) plastic cups

I will bring paper towels and napkins

Guys, It looks like I'm going to have to work. That is a busy day in the restaurant business + preparing for the actual day.
I'm sorry I'm going to have to miss out again. Have a lot of fun and eat chocolate!

Bringing pulled pork, corn on the cob, and plates. Do we have an abundance of grill space, or should I bring a crock pot to heat the pulled pork?

Calling all MagSwap participants....anyone else bringing food / supplies? if so, please post here on this thread so I can figure out what else we will need.

I was waiting to see what everyone else was bringing so I could decide! I would prefer to bring a desert as I like to bake, but can bring whatever you need.

I will bring a dessert and something else (to be determined!).

Can bring about 30 compartment trays to eat on and I think my friend will bring some shish kebabs if not I will go buy some chicken for the grill.

If we need it, I have a good sharpie and “to and from” UPS labels for names of about 25 people

Anne - we could always use. I think we ran out of utensils last year. there are folks that have signed up (I put the compiled list on FB). it doesn't hurt to bring extras if you have.

well i was going to going to bring chicken but it would need to be cooked on the grill. seeing as it is going to be 90+ out. maybe i should bring something already cooked! what do we need that i can just go out and buy in the morning?

we have marinated meat and cut up peppers and onions + the skewers. So if a grill is running, people can make there own shish kebabs. hopefully there will be room in the frig for the two bowls.

I don't see potato salad, maybe that's what I need to fetch in the morning?
