Amazing! Love this! Love that chose to use stone indoors...what a beautiful feature it became to help tie everything together.

I love the makeover, it got a rustic personality, just asking are those tiles for backsplash or other things?

Hello Warren, that is not a tile, it is a dry stack slate that comes in approx. 12" long by 4" wide strips and it's easy to apply. No need to grout!

Hello K, we purchased this stone from our local tile supplier. I am sure that if you ask at your local tile shop they will have it as it's very popular material and reasonable as well.

Hello maryqf, the floor we used for this log home is from SHAW , it's a hand-scarped wood plank layer on the top and laminate below. It gives the rich wood look without paying for solid hardwood flooring. Great product and very durable; We also used this product in our Highland Park store and with all the foot traffic we have its holding up great!

we actually used a very similar stone for a low wall in our log cabin that separates the entryway and the kitchen.
