Need design help with front door/face of house

Big dilemma here. our dream is to change the front door to a real front door that faces to the street. We also want the front of the house to look symmetrical and balanced- would love some suggestions and inspiration. Thanks!

The two windows to the left of the door are in the kitchen. The three windows to the right of the door are apart of the living room room.

without taking into consideration the floorplan, the "best place" for the front door is replacing one of the windows on the right side.... that could give you room for a really nice porch. since the current door is going into that space sideways, there is hope....

Put up some more photos. We are unsure of budget. But, don’t want to go crazy with improvements on the exterior. This house is a fixer upper and requires many improvements on the inside as well.

Please note correction- first window to right of door leads into entry way.

The cheapest route (what I would probably do) is just turn that first window (the one already in the entry) into the front door and wall up the current door. I'd probably also look into making the other two first floor windows on that portion the same size.
