2- What would guess the "beigey-cream" paint color to be?

I've always liked this model house. Would you classify this decor as: Coastal? Transitional? Tropical? British Colonial? Dutch Colonial? West Indies (is that even a thing?)? The models have closed long ago and the builder design team could not give me any info.
