HELP - ID this plant I accidentally grew?

I left a container of dirt out all winter in Boston and brought it inside thinking of planting somethinh but forgot about it in a corner for two weeks and now I have a plant/tree! I’m hoping it’s not poison oak or something bad bc I’m becoming attached to this little straggler!
