Might be able to glean some info from this thread if you haven't seen it. There are quite a few threads on Houzz regarding quartz so you may want to do some searching. I have had only Zodiac quartz ,now called Corian Quartz, that had a glossy finish and in a rarely used guest bathroom and was not happy how I could not remove the water spots. I'd consider Zodiac a very good quality so it tells me that it might be the nature of the beast to some extent. You may want to look at Corian (not quartz) which from my own personal experience wears like iron and very easy to take care of. I don't concern myself what I use to clean it like you are suppose to with quartz.
