Can't tell you who made it but it's from the 60's or possibly the 70's....and lots of sizes were made in that pattern.

What kind of identification do you need?

Decorated glasses with various motifs were popular in the 1960's - some from the 1950's as well.

It has no particular value as there are many around. If someone likes the particular motif - e.g. collects items with carriages - then they might pay a small amount to add to their collection. I have some with flamingos that I acquired from various flea markets over the years.

What might be of some value is if someone had the entire set and even better if it is in the original package but even then they aren't really very valuable because they aren't particularly coveted.

It can be fun to use stuff like this - I have vintage items and I use them instead of new ones.

Here’s a set of 6. Says they are made by Libbey.
