Downspouts are not trim, and should not be painted a contrasting color. Match them to the wall they cover so they visually disappear.

Your stacked stone is very attractive with its subtle color variations, and I would not lime wash it.

I agree square off the columns, and dont touch anything else. Its a beautiful house, dont try to make it something its not, and the stacked stone is very pretty.

As others said, I think it looks perfect as is.

I will work on squaring it out and painting the spout to blend in.

Lovely home. If you have to spend money square those columns and add some window panels and details to turn the garage doors into carriage doors.

Also invest in a more unique roofing material like these below.

And paint the downspouts to match the stucco.
