none of us can answer this for you. why don't your call out ( when able) a few staircase renovation companies? Some of those wrought iron spindles are avail at home depot or lowes. If they aren't custom made, the cost will be much cheaper for you.

i think they charged me 1200 to come out and redo all the spindles w/the wrought iron. and I believe I had a new bannister put in, but it was raw. I finished it myself.

before shot:

Doing the treads in wood to match flooring will probably cost the most. refinishing the bannister to match the wood floors isn't a big deal. I've done it myself. redo it in a java gel stain, get pre-made spindles. redo the treads and paint the risers.
