I’m not a pro, and have no experience with floor painting, but to me your floor looks fine. IMO you could paint the yellow walls with a neutral color, something like the white or (is that a gray in your floor tile?) get a white shower curtain, clean the grout and paint your vanity white with new hardware, or if your budget allows, just get a new vanity, they really aren’t too expensive. Your floor tile is a classic and many people would pay to keep it.

I agree don’t touch your tile floor it looks good. Get a more neutral shower curtain and paint your walls cream for an updated look.

Temporary at best case, maybe only months. Worst case, thru away your time and money and now to to rip it up. As an aside, any of those one step restorer type kits are usually trash and will end up ruining what you are attempting to cover. Classis tile is ok condition is much better than classic tile with a crappy comb over pealing away.

Have you considered painting the vanity? I think white or gray would look nice. Right now it seems like the pattern on the vanity is competing with the floor and the floor itself is quite lovely.
