Does anyone grow "Deschamps"? how about "Camellia Rose"?

I've had these roses in pots for quite a while now, and am wondering if I should just throw them out; they are disease-yand wimpy- but I hesitate, because of the following reasons.

1) I am BAD at growing stuff in pots; my garden is already too big for one person to manage, and what with that and all the rest of my projects, I don't have time or energy to do all the fussing potted roses require. So maybe they just need decent care in order to be happy.

2) I am beginning to think that the darker-coloured Noisettes tend to take a while to "get going" in my climate

3) Said Noisettes are by no means as easy-going as Tea roses seem to be; they do seem to need a pretty good soil, watering and fertilizing,so maybe they just hate being in pots.(sort of the same thing as point 1)

Fact is, I've got too many roses and really want to reduce my pot ghetto. But I don't want to be unfair to roses that actually COULD be worthy if they only get decent care. Any comments or thoughts are welcome!
