I have a feeling that to have the couch at least mostly across from the tv, you'll need to put the tv on the righthand LR wall. However, you may find that the cable outlet will not allow for that.

I would put TV on the bedroom wall and float the couch an appropriate distance from it and perpendicular to the windows. Put the desk in the area where the plan shows the TV.

decoenthusiaste is correct about seating placement. Consider having the desk behind the sofa and make the angled wall a bookcase or art display as it is the focal point when entering your apartment.

The dining room table as drawn in your original plan is much too large for the space. Consider a 42 to 48 diameter table instead. Beautiful space. Enjoy!
