Hard to comment without more information, but some nice potted plants and possibly a bench in the same wood tone as your other wood would help. All you see now is the tile because it is so empty.

It's a tish shiny /restauranty/institutional looking I suppose but it will be easy to clean. I think that's why big buildings go shiny tile--power washes beautifully.

Put down an outdoor rug? Then benches, plants, etc.

I think you have a great foundation - try warmer light bulbs, the light looks a bit harsh and cold on the white brick. Also, consider how to back light the front door, the doors are reading as solid black at night. If there is a straight line of sight to the back yard, try turning an exterior light on back there or placing a small lamp just inside the door.

You have plenty of room for plants, or wreaths on the doors if that's your thing, and a larger rug layered under the mat. The mat by itself is too small for the double doors. Add a narrow bench and/or maybe even a console table. This large space is meant to welcome guests and give them a glimpse of what lies beyond, if it was inside the home, it wouldn't be left bare, you can have fun dressing it.
