Aquaproof or Lago flooring

Hello,
After many hours of looking at flooring in person and online, we have come to these two brands and types. Does anyone have any experience/advice on the following? These will be used below grade for a foyer/mud room with a laundry closet, bedroom with walk-in closet and an office, as well as for an entire one-bedroom ADU minus the bathroom.
