I'm starting a kitchen reno and want to move the switch for the lights and fans on my back deck. Does it make more sense to put them on the right or the left of the door? Im thinking of making the two switch (for the kitchen light and the backdoor light) to a four switch. The power lines run under the kitchen in my unfinished basement, so it'll be easy to access. I don't want to make it a wireless smartswitch. Ive seen 4 switches before and its a lot in one place so im hesitant if there is an option im not considering.
