Help! Where would you place the board and batten and horizontal vinyl?

Are you changing out the current siding? What don't you like about the current siding if you are changing it? Will the board and baton be vinyl as well?

no this is another home the builder did of our same house currently being built. Yes, the board and batten will also be vinyl, thanks!

I have never seen horizontal board and batten. Seems it would be problematic. If you are using B and B, do the whole house.

would also stick with one or the other. Not a fan of mixing lap siding and b/b just for visual interest. Also, use same type of siding all around the house, not for instance, b/b on front and lap siding on other three walls just because it’s less expensive to do so.
