You want a good carpenter to help you out with this project. You can view professionals that could be helpful and in your local area under the "Professionals" tab on the Houzz homepage. Also, if you have a local community listserv that's a great question for people in your community -- if they have a recommendation for someone to do built-ins. For example, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in DC there are two guys who are known for doing builtins and everybody loves them. You might also want to try a kitchen and bath place -- that's essentially what you want for these cabinets. They can help you pick the finish, the color, the doors, etc.

You could also use kitchen wall cabinets - just have your installer mount them low on the wall atop a toekick and have a shallow counter or wood panel installed on top.
