    The paint was a sprayed on latex paint. It was faster to spray it due to all the wiring, ductwork, etc that needed to be covered.

    How many coats of paint did the ceiling require? And did you have to prime it first?

    We have A LOT of low duct work to paint. Do you anticipate any peeling? 1 coat primer and two final coats on the duct work also?

    As long as you use the correct type of paint and prep your ductwork as directed by manufacturer or paint supplier you shouldn't have any problems. I would recommend you go to Sherwin William or Porter Paint storage and ask questions. They will give you the best information.

    I believe so. If not it is only one sheen higher. I don't have record of finish.
