Ken's Bathroom Remodel
Same basic layout, using shower curtain. I like the surrounding tiles being a strong contrast with the white tub.
Interesting placement of faucet. Does it provide any advantage?
I like the blue cabinet with white top, and the back wall of the tub in matching blue tile, with the other two walls white and the paint white.
Here's another one where they shortened the tub in order to make a shelf. Not sure that would work for you.
Your layout with shower curtain. I don't really like the white tile - too monotone for me.
Fairly large tiles. I'm not sure I love the baby blue though and it doesn't seem to go with the taupe countertop. One thing I noticed is the built-in medicine cabinet. I'm sure it is inset into the wall. Depending on what exactly is inside that wall behind your toilet, there may be room to inset a cabinet for you to give you extra storage while not sticking out more than an inch or so from the wall.
Shower curtain. They also built in two corner shelves instead of instead of a niche for shampoo, etc. I prefer the niche, myself.
These glass tiles are pretty and they made two nice niches.
Shows a nice niche with a glass shelf (I'm sure it is permanently affixed so it can't fall and break). Also shows a grab bar installed. Of course, you'd need it lower for tub use.
I like the wood color in this cabinet
Guys often like wood. This one has a wood facing on the tub that matches the wood of the vanity. I assume it's either a laminate or a wood-look tile, so it can take having overspray on it. Also a curtain!
