Will most painters KNOW the process for painting the faux copper hood?

Lisa, it's a bit hard to answer your question about if most painters will KNOW the process for painting the faux copper hood. First, you have define painters -- there are regular painters and then decorative finishers who are painters and plasterers that do work like the hood in the picture. There is not a single way to develop the finish for the copper hood. We all have distinct methods and styles to do projects. Not unlike finding a builder, designer, architect, etc., you have to review finishers and look at samples of their work to see what it a fit. There is a huge range of talent and expertise in the decorative finishing business, just like any other business. This usually aligns with the price you'd pay for the work.

The finish color is Chesapeake Heirloom, a coffee glaze, the top coat sheen is 15% and it has vintage heirloom distressing. The cabinets and doors are from Conestoga wood.

The countertops are Cambria quartz, the color is Sheffield. The edge profile on the main countertops is a bullnose, the edge profile on the raised bar is a small ogee edge.
