    In real life it looks more driftwood gray, it was a 3 step process , base medium light warm gray, with glaze over en a clear finish, it doesn't have a name, sorry!

    It's was a porcelain inexpensive tile that looked like slate. There are several on the market at tile suppliers. Try Prosource, I think that's where we found this one.
