We made the most of this space by utilizing what the client had when we could and found affordable items to finish it off. The clients had already ordered their flooring and countertops, so we chose materials and finishes that would complement what was existing and be fairly easy to install on their own. Annie Sloan Chalk Paint finished off with Polycrylic did the trick on the cabinets. A little cleaning and liquid sandpaper/de-glosser was all that was needed for prep (no sanding or stripping) for the cabinets. A simple glass tile backsplash was added. Wall were painted a warm red. Faucet and hardware were replaced with items found on clearance.
