In our master bathroom, we wanted to refresh the design without changing the cabinetry or layout. Every piece of tile in this beautiful Santa Barbara-style home is intentional and unique. Starting with a unique floral tile that runs across the bathroom wall into the shower, where it meets our featured green subway tile laid in a herringbone pattern. The heated bathroom floor is a mix and match of different colored hexagons that pull colors from the shower wall and the floral design. The newly chosen hardware is umbrio, a bronze finish with prominent copper highlights, and our plumbing fixtures are venetian bronze to match. The mirrors were reused and painted black to go with our backsplash. And last but not least a beautiful copper bathtub to bring it all together.

This 4150 SF waterfront home in Queen's Harbour Yacht & Country Club is built for entertaining. It features a large beamed great room with fireplace and built-ins, a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with wet bar and working pantry, and a private study for those work-at-home days. A large first floor master suite features water views and a beautiful marble tile bath. The home is an entertainer's dream with large lanai, outdoor kitchen, pool, boat dock, upstairs game room with another wet bar and a balcony to take in those views. Four additional bedrooms including a first floor guest suite round out the home.

The romantic elegance of this lakeside master bath required an equally classically refined and alluring approach to finishing and detailing its cabinetry and walls to hone its place in the realm of magnificence. Cabinetry: washes of cool and warm accentuate the vanity profile while the elegance of gold leaf detailing highlight the graceful movement of the moulding appliqués. Walls: a two layer color wash finish was hand-applied to gracefully enhance the soft skip trowel texture of the walls with warmth, depth and the aura that only rise from gently aged sophistication.

After living in their home for 15 years, our clients decided it was time to renovate and decorate. The completely redone residence features many marvelous features: a kitchen with two islands four decks with elegant railings, a music studio, a workout room with a view, three bedrooms, three lovely full baths and two half, a home office – all driven by a digitally connected Smart Home. The style moves from whimsical to "girlie", from traditional to eclectic. Throughout we have incorporated the finest fittings, fixtures, hardware and finishes. Lighting is comprehensive and elegantly folded into the ceiling.
