Restored to reflect the designer's and owner's vision, its dramatic, contemporary architecture gives one unexpected views from every angle. We added the pool, the pool house, a bocce ball court with outdoor kitchen and a guesthouse. It was necessary to build 19-foot retaining walls to support the bocce ball court. The copper pool house roof is one-of-a-kind with its convex and concave flow. Working drawings for the roof were non-existent. Structural engineers, MKM and Associates, figured out how to provide them by taking numerous cross sections from the designer's rendering.
