The homeowners were on a budget and wanted a highly stylized guest bedroom to impress! The husband had three photos he took of when they lived in CA, that was my color inspiration. I decided to paint the walls a deep chocolate brown and the ceiling a pale blue for calm sophistication with a little drama. Fortunately the owners already had the bed (and the art) so it was all about accessorizing!
