The company was most professional, described their services in detail, and provided additional information that would help me make a decision on which services would best suit my needs. I had 2 tiles ceramic tiles replaced without any damage to surrounding tiles and the new tiles blend perfectly with rest of the floor. I also had the bathroom tiles re grouted and the job was challenging give the state of the existing grout . Very satisfied with the result.

Mike and Melissa accepted the challenge of cleaning, repairing and sealing our 22 year old tile floors. They kept both first appointments (estimate and actual work) and completed all work very efficiently. Both floors/grout were light in color and were well worn - the results achieved were amazing! I love that they use natural (enzyme based) products & steam to remove mold. This was very important to me as we have septic tank. I love seeing my "new" bathrooms.

Cleangrout was referred to me by Tile America to remove what appeared to be grout haze from the tiles in our shower. Melissa was very quick to respond to my call and came out to conduct an estimate within a matter of days. The estimate was provided as quickly. Less than a week after meeting Melissa and Michael they were at my home ready to fix my tiles. Turns out the haze was not from grout, but from an additive. Melissa worked diligently to remove the haze; no small task since it was over two years old. Even though it was a challenge, she stuck with it until the tiles were completely clean and beautiful! I didn't have high hopes that the haze could even be removed, but lo! There they were: beautiful, perfect tiles! I can't give enough praise for how happy I am with the work Melissa and Mike did! I hope to have them back again to install a tile backsplash in my kitchen. They are the kind of people that restore faith in contractors. Hire them. You won't regret it.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. Melissa is very friendly, she showed up for both the estimate and the work at the time frame she quoted. The quality of work and the grout repairs that were completed made the price worth while. You can't go wrong with this company.

In Dec. 2011 I used cleangrout.net to remove and replace the caulk between my master bath tub/shower and the walls and floor which had hardened and discolored. They also cleaned the grout on the walls enclosing the shower. They were extremely professional and replaced all the caulk and got the grout back to a bright white from a brown and even black in some areas. They resealed the grout and the grout still look great. The job took about half a day. In June of 2013 they cleaned our tile counter tops in the kitchen which were stained from coffee and dishwashing residue. Once again the grout looked great and was about a couple of hours job. In January of 2014 we used them to clean a guest bathroom tile floor which had developed some heavy soap or calcium stains that my wife and I were unable to get out with various household products. This job took a little longer than they expected but they got all the stains out at the estimated price.
