My husband and I first met Christina when we went to Ethan Allen back in November. We were looking into updating our bedroom with newer furniture . We've purchased Ethan Allen furniture as long ago as 20 years, the last of which was in 2010. Up until we met Christina we just went in and buy the furniture we needed and that's it. But things changed with Christina She was very attentive with our needs but never intrusive She was there to help us and answer our questions, giving helpful tips and ideas... but never insisting nor hovering... Understanding that it was around the busy holidays, Christina respected our need to take care of other matters when we told her to give us a call around end of January. She did and even went out of her way to come to the house on a weekend. Again... mindful of our convenience and time.... Christina drew up a plan which she presented to us and stepped back... we looked at her several suggestions and came up with what we wanted and within our budget. I didn't expect it would be this easy and seamless. Now, we are excited and happily anticipating the delivery of our furniture.
