Diplomat Closet Design built our master suite walk-in closet. It was one of 6 leading companies which sent us offers. We couldn't have picked up a better one!!! Among the myriad of contractors and subcontractors we used to renovate our home, these folks were the very best - responsive, reliable, professional, affordable, punctual and courteous. From beginning to end, Chris, Rayan and their installer Tim strived to fully satisfy, sparing no time or effort. They have been very patient, giving amazing attention to details. They truly listened to our desires and made sure to explain all the possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. I'm writing this review now because the quality of their work has withstood the test of time! The closet is so functional and yet beautiful! I can't say enough about these guys. They were excellent in every way.

With a new baby coming and space already tight in our Fishtown row-home, we found ourselves creatively thinking through additional closeting options throughout the house. We met with Ryan and described what we envisioned for a master bedroom built-in consisting of drawer space in the center, bookended by space for hanging clothes. Above the drawers we envisioned a space for a mounted television. Ryan quickly came back with mock illustrations which completely captured what we had described, inclusive of different sizing options, and pricing. We excitedly went forward. Scheduling was simple and the two-man crew showed up on time. The job was completed in one day and turned out flawless. Ryan was awesome with his follow ups, ensuring that we were completely satisfied. The new space provided the perfect amount of closet space, and essentially maximized the usefulness of the space on that side of the bedroom. The television was perfectly mounted. All in all, Diplomat's work looks incredible and was an excellent addition to our house. Given that closet space is at a premium in the city, we are sure it will be a huge draw come selling time and will no doubt add value. We are so happy with the storage we have added and the aesthetics that the unit adds to the room. We are planning to do more work with Diplomat, specifically to have a built-in shoe rack constructed into our bay window area. I would highly recommend Diplomat for custom closet work, or other built-ins for your. I will undoubtedly use them going forward, in this house and when we make the inevitably move to the burbs!

I worked with Diplomat Closet Design to create a Master Bedroom walk-in Closet. I was extremely happy with the closet design process. The closets were good quality and a very fair price. The installation was professional and seamless. Ryan and his staff were professional and courteous. The project was completed by the agreed upon deadline. My husband and I are very detailed individuals and we do our home work to increase our odds of avoiding issues and problems. We also have very high standards. Selecting the right company to do our pantry, mud room, laundry room, and walk in closets for our new home was no exception and Diplomat Closet quickly emerged as the top contender. Worked with the firm for more than 2 months remodeling closets. The designer was competent and incorporated my thoughts into all revisions. After installation I requested several changes, which Diplomat executed in a timely fashion. They did whatever possible to please the customer. Without hesitation I will hire them again to make changes in additional closets.

Diplomat Closet Design has truly done a remarkable job for us at ROOST Apartment Hotel. For our first location, ROOST Midtown, Diplomat designed and installed customized dressers for our studios and some of our one-bedroom apartments. All of their work is carefully crafted and customized to our specifications. Our guests are able to utilize their space efficiently, while using the customized dressers. Furthermore, Diplomat has built a customized desk for our management office at our newest location- ROOST Rittenhouse. The office space is spectacular and built according to design. In addition to the office, they will install customized dressers in some of our apartments at ROOST Rittenhouse as well! As we continue to grow, we will surely use Diplomat Design for our hotels! -ROOST Management

We had Diplomat Closet do our two daughter's closets and our walk in closet. We were so happy with the results that we had them come back to complete our laundry room and to convert a hall closet into a mudroom. We could not be happier with the results. Everyone we worked with was so professional and courteous. Ryan was amazing to work with and provided wonderful design suggestions for all areas.
