We hired Granville Creek to provide custom cabinetry for our kitchen. From the very start, we were impressed. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responded quickly to all of our questions. Even when I changed my mind about the color of the cabinets at the last minute, and they took it in stride. They were also patient with me when I became concerned about the stone slabs I had on hold, and met with me at the fabricator's facility on three occasions to look at the slabs and discuss my concerns. And then when the cabinets arrived - wow, they were gorgeous. The thought and craftsmanship that went into these cabinets was incredible. No detail was overlooked. And the countertops that I was so anxious about are beautiful. I now have my dream kitchen thanks to these talented professionals. Our experiences with contractors for other projects in our house have not been always been positive, so working with Granville Creek was very refreshing for us. We plan to hire them again for other projects in the future.

We hired Granvillcreek to construct our master bathroom. Donnie and his employees are the best. The workmanship and detail of our project was beyond what we were expecting! Donnie and his crew are always on time and at the end of ech day they woyld leave the place looking neat and tidy. I would recommend Grandvillcreek for any of your home project. This company is truly the best.

Good parts: The finish product is beautiful. It was a bit tricky to do because its an old house and there was an air intake vent that can't be moved. Overall looks like it fits right into the house and is just beautiful. He hired good sub-contractors who did the electrical, was very pleased with them. Bad Part: Seriously, if you are hiring for Gransville Creek for a kitchen- he will prioritize your work and you will probably be happy. However if you "just" want a bookshelf or something that he thinks isn't critical to the function of your life its better to go elsewhere. I was happy with the pace of the design. It ended up being an expensive project and at the time he said he didn't take credit cards, so we had to save up (by the time the project was finished he now takes credit cards). He said he would be able to start the project in about 6 months and it would take about two weeks to finish. 6 months later he starts it. One week in, he gets a big kitchen in and prioritizes it ahead of my bookshelf. I kept checking every month and he always needed more time. Basically a year from then he finally gets working on my bookshelf. He gave us a written quote around 9k without electrical. I had discussed the electrical with him as it was NEVER optional. So he told me about 10k would do it when I stopped by his shop, so he could prove he actually started on the project and had the bases done (and he would get around to me in a month- NOT) . When he actually had it installed he charged 11k. And extra 1,000 dollars. I was so frustrated I just wanted it done at that point. He messed up a lot of the details- didn't write stuff down. He said the install would take a couple days, it took 3 weeks (snow got in the way for about 2 days of those three weeks). He cut glass shelves the wrong size and they were supposed to be wood. He never asked how many shelves we wanted so he didn't cut enough. He never asked us about hardware so it doesn't match the rest of the house, the vent part was supposed to be painted white - its black. Basically he didn't keep good notes, and he didn't send them over in writing, he forgot a lot of stuff, and I think he got annoyed with even having accepted my project once he got that big kitchen in. I felt very much like he didn't value my business. :(

Granville Creek has done two renovations for us. The first one was done in 2012 and involved a full kitchen remodel with custom cabinets, laying wood floors, double crown molding. We were so happy with the renovation and our experience with this company, we hired them in 2013 to remodel a bathroom as well as two bedrooms. This involved laying wood flooring, total renovation of a bathroom, double crown molding, building a walk in closet and painting. Again we were pleased. We would hire this company again. In fact we are projecting a garage for our future and this company will be the one we want to do the job.

Total kitchen renovation from floor to ceiling. Wall knocked out between kitchen and den. Mudroom cabinets added to laundry room. We had the above work done on our house back in 2012. We are very pleased w/ the entire renovation. Donnie Robinson was great to work w/ from day 1 when we met to go over our ideas until the project was completed. Would highly recommend Granville Creek and Donnie.

Granville Creek owner and master custom cabinetmaker Donnie Robinson designed the project, built the cabinets, and managed a team of extraordinary professionals. In addition, interior designer Chuck Bateman ensured that every design element was compatible with the home's 1924 architectural style. This rather complex project included demolishing the kitchen's floor, ceiling, and exterior wall, so encountering a few unforeseen challenges was predictable. In each instance, Donnie and his team resolved the issue completely without taking any shortcuts. By the end, Granville Creek had met or exceeded every design and quality specification while staying on schedule and within the budget. I will trust Granville Creek for my future renovation projects and recommend Donnie and Chuck without a single hesitation.

We had our kitchen and eating area Completely renovated by this company. The Result went far beyond our expectations and we Feel fortunate to have been one of this company's first Major jobs. The professionalism of the workers, The timeliness of completion and the end result Would all have to be rated 10/10 . There is no way To adequately describe in words how pleased we Were with this company and the results they achieved In our home. We have the best kitchen and eating area In our sub division hands down.
