Our project included new hardwood floors in two bedrooms, living room, hallway and kitchen; new bathroom, new kitchen cabinets, countertops and some appliances. Steve, from Spectrum Homes, is a true project manager. He delivered a timeline that was met for every date. All of the subcontractors were on time, polite, professional and did outstanding work. Outstanding work!

Redid master bathroom. Price includes materials and labor. He has done all of our bathrooms and we were very happy. Very easy to work with. Is good for special needs families. Steve is one of the nicest guy you will ever meet. It went planned as scheduled. Very little complications. My house is pretty old so a lot of updating to code had to happen. I felt bad when the project was over because I knew he would not be coming back until our next project.

We hired Steve Amick of Spectrum Homes Inc. to remodel our kitchen that had last been remodeled 25 years ago. The project involved a complete demo of our old kitchen. Steve's company was recommended to us by our designer at Pacific Northwest Cabinetry (PNWC). We feel very fortunate to have had this team design & construct our beautiful new kitchen. Steve is a very detailed & organized project manager. He initially developed a time schedule & a budget & held to it. His sub contractors had worked with him for a number of years & provided high quality workmanship. Steve communicated daily with us & frequently was at our home in the morning to review what had been accomplished the day before & what to expect that day. We found him to be very professional & easy to work with. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new kitchen & would highly recommend Steve Amick of Spectrum Homes, Inc, as well as PNWC.
