About Us

Dream Home Designs, a division of Karen S Fopiano, P.A., has been selling homes faster and for more profit using unique decorating and staging designs. Karen Fopiano has been a Real Estate agent since 1992 in Massachusetts, since 2004 in Florida, and as of 2015 also licensed in Pennsylvania. Decorating since 2009, she brings with her a sensibility for decorating for the budget minded, while not sacrificing style. The before and after photos are amazing!

Karen is amazing! She goes above and beyond and am so happy with her work. She staged my home for me as I had listed it with another agent and it was on the market for several weeks, I called Karen and she immediately knew what needed to be done and made it beautiful. My house sold FURNISHED within two weeks all due to Karen’s expertise and magic touch. HIGHLY recommended!
