Giancarlo was excellent to work with on our loft renovation. We could not be more pleased with the end results. The look throughout the condo is now very consistent, clean, and modern. The bathroom, kitchen, lighting, and paint scheme were all totally redone. Giancarlo was able to work within our budget and had many innovative design ideas that we would have never thought of.

We were very fortunate to have Giancarlo recommended to us by a friend. RIght from the start, he took the time to understand why we were doing a renovation in the first place. It wasn't just what we wanted (that came later), but what we wanted from it. We had a smaller cape, around 1400 square feet, and wanted to maximize everything we could out of the addition and inside renovations. We wanted open space, more flow throughout the whole house, a master suite and a kitchen we could 'live' in. In the end, the whole house is still only 2300 square feet, but feels and looks much bigger. Giancarlo was extremely patient with us as we flipped flopped with what we wanted, what we didn't and what we could afford. He came up with great cost saving ideas that never sacrificed design and quality. He also provided design advice (which we always ended up going back to, even though we thought we knew our own taste better than he did) and more important, he played a big role in making sure what we planned out was carried through by our contractors. We honestly can not say enough great things about Giancarlo. In the end, we never felt we sacrificed anything to get what we really wanted, a perfect home for our family.

My experience with Mr. Massaro's firm was impressive. His creativity was only matched by his eye for detail and his ability to understand my needs as the client. He designed several pieces of furniture for my home office and redesigned a condo I own.
