We worked with Steve and the Narrow Gate team to renovate our kitchen. We developed a project plan together, and they provided us with a project timeline and a very fair quote. Additionally, we also asked them to do some renovations in our laundry room and crawlspace. The project came in on time and within budget. We received daily updates and all of the team members we dealt with were excellent. They were all clearly experts in their fields and did exceptional work. We highly recommend Steve and his team, and would use them again in the future with any new projects we may have.

The conversion from steel shipping container to pottery studio has been very exciting. When I sold my house, I lost my workspace so Steve suggested a shipping container. The thought never entered my mind but it’s been a fun time. I got all the goodies I had dreamed of in just 8x20’. The guys repurposed my old kitchen cupboards, every nook and cranny has shelving. I even have a display area for pottery sales. It’s light, bright, warm and the porch/deck out front makes it look like a cabin in the woods. Thanks to the crew I can get back to work and get muddy again

In 2023 we had a significant renovation in our home. Narrow Gate did a fabulous job on all aspects of the work, including design. The crew, led by Steve, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with all of our questions as they guided us through the process and completed our reno ahead of schedule and on budget. As this was our first big reno, we were impressed with their “can do” attitude. All ideas were treated as “doable” and the team of experienced tradespeople were great problem-solvers. Steve was always available if we had questions, which he answered promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend Narrow Gate Developments and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

First of all they were extremely well organized ,their quote was laid out step by step as to what was to be done ,what the cost was, and when it would be done ,and the work was completed pretty much right on schedule . Secondly the workmanship was top quality ,We have had several houses built for us over the years and I must say Narrow Gate"s work was by far the best that we have experienced .We were particularly pleased with the cupboards they built and installed . Steve and his team did a full renovation and addition to our house. We did a lot of scouting about who could do the work and most importantly who we could TRUST. And thank God that we found them. After getting quite a few quotes for our ensuite bathroom remodel, as soon as we met Steve we knew that Narrow Gate Developments were who we were going to go with. I felt an immediate comfort with Steve when I first met him to go over our project, as he clearly knew what he was talking about, and had plenty of ideas to help us along with our design. We went with mid-century modern and could not be more pleased with the results. As much as I would recommend them for the quality of their work, they are also a quality group of people at Narrow Gate Developments. If you are going to have people coming and going from your home, trust is going to be important, and right from the start, I felt comfortable.
