We like the windows, but the work crew that install the windows was poor. They thru waste from construction on my very expensive tree. They did take off 500 off the bill. If they were my employees they would of been Fired.

To whom it may concern, We had these windows put in a while ago but they told us they were warranty for life, we called this August because we noticed bad rust and gas leakage from two of the windows. They came out, told us that they can only replace the glass, that doesn’t make any sense I told them because the rust on the windows are so bad that the whole window needs to be replaced. But the company refuses to do that so please before you replace windows with this company make sure you read the warranty. What kind of company would replace glass and not the rusted windows, just a very bad experience that I will never experience this again. Companies should be clear with their promises. Buyer Beware!! I am very unhappy with the service I received from WeatherTite Windows. It took almost 13 MONTHS to get our project completed. I realize we are dealing with unprecedented supply chain issues, but the way this company handled the process, expectations and communications was beyond horrible and I feel I was misled throughout the entire process. Because of the numerous issues on this project, I requested a discount and was offered $200, but only if I agreed to non-disclosure restrictions. So for less than 1% of the cost of the project, I was going to forfeit my right to any comment/opinion. I declined their offer. Below is a brief timeline of the process: •On January 4, 2021, we purchased 8 windows and a slider and paid a significant deposit. The contract stated installation would be done a "minimum of 15 weeks" from date of measurement •September 20-21, 2021 (almost 35 weeks from the date of measurement) 7 windows and the slider were installed (and additional money paid). I was told that one window was broken in transit and it would be installed in a few weeks •On November 10, 2021, after weeks of excuses, I contacted the Corporate Office to see if I could get a resolution and was told it would be taken care of •On December 29, 2021 the final window was installed. Over 12 weeks after installation •January 5, 2022 Sarasota County inspected the windows •January 31, 2022 the final installation service was performed. So for over FOUR MONTHS I had to live with stickers on the windows and pieces of plastic laying around my house

Key issues: measured wrong, sliders did not fit (had to be reordered), delivered and installed broken window, delivered and installed wrong type of window (slider instead of fixed) installed refurbished broken screens instead of a new ones, windows do not seal shut (air blows in where windows meet to close) enlisted the services of a homeless person to get sliders in to unit, and damaged: elevator trim, building lobby wall, and balcony trim as well as dry wall and windowsill. Excellent experience from my salesman Brian Knierman; there was no pressure and he answered all my questions. The office staff and installers were also phenomenal. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend!

I've been working with this company for the last 4 years to slowly replace all my old, single pane, leaky windows in order to get around having to make them all impact rated (the less than 25% rule each year). This was a great suggestion, which I didn't initially know was an option...but clearly fit my budget. This will be the last year, so I've already had 3 installations at different times. I've had two A+ crews and one B crew, but I've never had an issue with scheduling service, nor have I had any issues with the windows themselves. Pretty standard lead time for windows is around 8-10 weeks, so you need to anticipate a little down time from order and install. Regardless, they take care of the permitting and all you have to do is let the City inspector in to sign off at the end. They make everything really easy - and the warranty is great. Lifetime while you live in the house and 10 year transferable to the next owner. No one really should have any complaints about this company - even if something slips through the cracks, I know they'll take care of it in the end.

Ross was excellent in getting us our estimate and getting things started for us even around a hurricane. Very helpful and informative. We are excitedly awaiting the work. Can't wait to see our new doors and windows!

Product may be good, but installation was shoddy and service is HORRIBLE! Our installer completely missed caulking the inner base of our sliding glass door and our other back door. They caulked the exterior so there was no way to know that it wasn't done right. On light and normal rains it was fine. On heavy rain, the water would seep through. We found puddles a couple times and wasn't sure what it was cause we check the doors and it seemed fine to us. We started to see damage to our floor after a year and decide to reach out to WeatherTite to see if they could help identify the cause.They sent an inspector out who was shocked at the level of damage to our wood floor from the water. The inspector took pictures and said they would need to discuss with the leaders in the company on if they will cover the damages or not.The inspector contacted us back about a week later to inform us that they would repair the doors but we would need to go through our home insurance to cover the damage to the floor. They sent a technician to fix the leak and he identified the cause (inner caulking missing) after disassembling the doors. So far the fix has held up well with the rain we have seen so far. We called WeatherTite back to file a claim based on the faulty installation and the fact that it was their shody installation which led to the leak and damaged our wood floor. I was transferred to a very rude and curmudgeonly gentleman who told us that it's our problem and that they are not responsible and will not do anything about it. It's going to cost us over $10K to replace the wood floor. Spoke to our neighbor who was the one referred us to weather tite, he said that he had issues with his installation also, but it was noticeable so he caught it early. I'm sure there are happy customers of WeatherTite but they should consider themselves lucky. We are definitely not one of them!

Great Price and Great service. Had 4 quotes and presentations. This company was the most reasonable with the project we wanted done. A complete impact resistance window(10) with 4 exterior doors. Very pleased with the job being done in 2 days. Josh and Luke worked great together and cleaned up before leaving.
