Requiring the highest level of skill and time, the design is sandblasted in STAGES, one small segment at a time. The artist sculpts and cuts, deep into the glass at varying depths, creating a relief texture in the glass. The carved edges of the various elements in the design will pick up surrounding light, illuminate, and become a 3 dimensional object free-floating in the glass. The artist also implements “shading”, where the sandblast density gently fades out to clear glass, a “gradient-like” effect that adds more intricacy and detail, to the finished look.

Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (annealed glass) does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.

Frameless Decorated Frosted / Sandblasted / Swing Glass Door with Hardware

Our elegant supply of Toughened / tempered Frameless Glass Hinged Door which is the type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the inner surfaces into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (a.k.a. annealed glass) creates. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.

Our high-quality pivot hinged door is mounted and nearly invisible on the finished floor surface, without any integrated floor fixtures. The installation is user-friendly and can be installed hassle free.

A Frameless Glass Hinged Doors functions as a swing door. They are characterized by their simple installation. Swing doors in various glass qualities are used as airy door variants between indoor and outdoor areas or as sweeping, decorative room dividers between indoor areas. The biggest advantage besides the optics is simple handling. Because a swing door can be walked through without the use of hands and swings to both sides and is suitable for installations without door frames.

Our swing glass doors can be easily installed in wall openings without a door frame but the supplied hinges can also be attached to your old door frame. This way you can quickly replace your old wood door with one of our elegant glass doors.

A Frameless Glass Hinged Doors functions as a swing door. They are characterized by their simple installation. Swing doors in various glass qualities are used as airy door variants between indoor and outdoor areas or as sweeping, decorative room dividers between indoor areas. SLIDING SYSTEM
This 2 leaves sliding closet door is delivered with an easy-to-install bypass hardware kit. All our sliding bypass doors are 'top hung' which means the door is hung into the top rail with two trolley hangers; all the weight is taken by the hangers, making the door easier to move. The guide rail is made of strong aluminum and is therefore rust-free.

SAFETY GLASS
All our doors are made of toughened/tempered glass. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (annealed glass) does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.

GUIDE RAIL AND COVER PLATE ARE SHORTENABLE
The length of the guide rail and cover plate can be shortened by sawing off the excess length. Please note that products that have been modified are excluded from the exchange.

With this option, you have the choice of whether the frosting should be applied to the front or the backside. If the frosting is on the front side it appears matt and if it is applied on the backside it is rather glossy.
