A hinged door is a door whose door leaf is "hinged" (fixed) on one side to allow the door to pivot away from the doorway in one direction, but not the other.

Please note that this product includes neither hardware nor door frame.

Safety glass
All our doors are made of toughened/tempered glass. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (annealed glass) does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.

High-quality, tempered, swing glass door.

A swing glass door has special double-action hinges that allow it to open either outwards or inwards, and is usually sprung to keep it closed. This door can be easily opened without the use of hands and is characterized by its easy installation. Swing glass doors are used as decorative room dividers in the interior but also as sweeping, modern door variants between the interior and exterior.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT INCLUDE A DOOR FRAME.

Our swing glass doors can be easily installed in wall openings without a door frame but the supplied hinges can also be attached to your old door frame. This way you can quickly replace your old wood door with one of our elegant glass doors.

On request we also supply the matching solid wood door frame. We offer the following solid wood types: pine, oak, mahogany and most standard tropical woods.

Industrial Loft Style Sliding Barn Door With Glass & Panels

Industrial style doors might appear to be made of steel because of their finish, but the truth is that they are made of wood. This is because of the unique qualities of wood and they meet the requirements of some customers who want to have a unique looking door.

Calculation of door dimension in relation to the wall opening:
Add at least 2" inches or more to the width and 1" inch or more to height e.g. your wall opening is 30" x 80" inches so your door dimensions at least should be 32" x 81" inches or more for a perfect fit.

High quality frosted black steel makes it heavier than other sliding barn door hardware but more strong and durable. The maintenance-free ball bearing runners ensure extremely smooth running - even after many years of intensive use. Floor guide and guide rail provide stability and prevent unpleasant swinging. The included handles make it easy to open and close the door.

Safety glass Insert
All our Interior doors with Glass Insert are made of toughened/tempered glass. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (annealed glass) does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.

Door Construction:

In order to stand out from the competition we offer our wood doors with glass/mirror insert with a higher wood proportion. This means that the top and side panels are 6" wide so 2" wider than the standard. The bottom part of the wooden door is up to 9" high. This makes our doors more robust and durable.

In others, the majority of the glass is sandblasted, but there’s some areas of clear glass, in most cases up top, to allow visibility thru the top area of the glass. Thru the frosted areas or background, objects can be seen when held right up against the glass, and if you approach the glass and peer thru, you can see thru the 1/8” clear pinstripes.

A sliding glass barn door separates rooms from each other, provides privacy and is space-saving. Annoying door slamming is a thing of the past, as this sliding door runs over smooth-running rollers. The door is easy to install, durable and robust.

Sliding system:

This 1-leaf sliding glass barn door is delivered with an easy-to-install ALU100 sliding system. All our sliding doors are 'top hung' which means the door is hung into the top rail with two trolley hangers; all the weight is taken by the hangers, making the door easier to move. The guide rail is made of strong aluminum and is therefore rust-free.

These doors are a simple solution to replace your old pocket door with a new, elegant glass pocket door. Our pocket glass doors are supplied with the appropriate installation kit for standard pocket door systems/frames. All doors can slide open left or right, you choose when ordering which direction is right for you.

Decide by the choice of the door handle whether the door should disappear completely into the wall (recessed grip handle) or whether it should be prevented from doing so by a t-handle bar.

Safety glass:

All our doors are made of toughened/tempered glass. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as plate glass (annealed glass) does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.

Quiet & smooth running:

The maintenance-free ball bearing runners ensure extremely smooth running - even after many years of intensive use. Floor guide and guide rail provide stability and prevent unpleasant swinging. The included handles make it easy to open and close the door.

Please note that each door is made especially for you, for this reason our delivery time is 25 - 35 business days. Whereas we will try to ensure compliance with any delivery dates given, dates are an estimate only. In case of delays we will inform you immediately. To keep the shipping costs as low as possible we send the door and the hardware with 2 separate deliveries. Please call to inquire about local pick up!
