The "Kubo" chandelier is handcrafted from retired Napa wine barrel rings. You can see the beautiful patina of the rings after many years of happy wine-making. The pendant's primal design calls to mind the play of shadows and light in the grass on the savanna. Modern and chic yet wonderfully rustic. Made from recycled materials and handmade to order.
"Kubo" comes with 6' of pendant cord (my fav) or cord and chain. Just let us know which one will work best for your designs. Arrives fully assembled and all you have to do is hang it and grab a cocktail!

The "Catch" is one of our most popular chandeliers! The spacing between the thin hand-cut staves lets beautiful light escape which produces fantastic shadows! Natural oak facing out and red wine stained facing in, this light is sure to be the eye-catching chandelier that you've been looking for!
The deep red of years of wine production really lends rich character and and the wine barrel rings give a wonderful design element. Some of our restaurant clients use these with a dimmer switch to adjust the atmosphere throughout the day and evening.

The "Plicate" chandelier utilizes 2 of our 12 inch "Atom" pendants (also sold separately), hung from an 8" steel canopy. Our "Atom" pendants are constructed from retired Napa wine barrel rings, which are hand-cut and shaped, creating a globe that really makes a design statement. Some have likened its industrial vibe to steampunk, but its rugged simplicity looks great in numerous settings and design schemes.
We take the wine barrel rings and cut and bend them by hand (you should see our forearms!) and carefully weld them into these amazing pendants. Each one is hand crafted to order so its a perfect fit for your home or business.

• The "Caledonia" is a pendant chandelier that transforms its raw materials into a soft, romantic light fixture.

Each of the 3 pendant lights hanging underneath is one of our "Corba" lights hand bent (you should see our forearms!) from retired Napa wine barrel rings and hung with pendant cord. Each cord is fully adjustable to 3' (36") and if you need longer, it's available for $1 per foot of cord (our cost). You can keep them at one height or multiple heights depending on your design needs.

• The perfect accent chandelier to bring rustic ambiance to any space.

The "Marsanne" chandelier is handcrafted from locally harvested Jaffurs Syrah grapevines and hand-bent wine barrel rings from Opus 1 retired Cabernet barrels. The retired Syrah grapevines are kiln dried before being sanded and sealed with 3 coats of clear UV sealer. The gentle curves of the wood highlight the tonal changes and slight color variations of the grapevine. The chandelier features two of our "Manacle" pendant lights (also sold separately).
In our continuing effort to be environmentally conscious and recycle (and to create more awesomeness), we designed a series of lights made from retired California grapevines. After years of producing quality wine, they are retired to our shop where they take on a whole new life.

Fascinating frozen motion—barrel stave strips tease the eye and please from any angle! Just look at the sense of motion this chandelier captures. The swoop and spin of the stave strips are dictated by the barrel's original shape. The fixture presents a new composition from every viewing angle, and looks incredible whether the bulbs are on or off.
We meticulously cut one of our retired Napa wine barrels into strips, then attach these to a wine barrel ring circle. We then added in one of our hugely popular ATOM lights in the center. The chandelier projects light sideways and downwards and makes fantastic shadows. The barrel's natural oak faces the bulb to enhance its warm glow for a truly delightful effect. The deep red of the stave interiors—earned during years of wine production—glows deliciously in the light.

We took rings from retired Napa wine barrels and carefully shaped them (by hand, you should see our forearms!) into an open cone to project the light sideways and downwards. The effect is truly delightful – the warm light from the vintage style bulb really makes it stand out.
When creating our "Hesperian" we take barrel staves from a retired Napa wine barrel (approx 34-37" long depending on the barrel) and carefully sand and seal it with 3 coats of a special UV sealer to protect it for decades to come prior to attaching the wine barrel ring pendants.
Need a different pendant? No worries! We can swap it out for any in my collection (see last picture) and price depends on the pendant chosen. We have a lot to pick from!

This beautiful chandelier gives dynamic new life to a retired wine barrel. We take one of our Napa barrels and dry it for 1-2 years before carefully cut it into strips, which we arrange carefully and attach with a reshaped wine barrel ring. The resulting art piece projects light upwards and downwards, and creates fantastic shadows.

• We managed to acquire a few old barns from the late 1800's and early 1900's and just HAD to design some fun lights with them!
• The "Vachellia" is a pendant chandelier that transforms its raw materials into a soft, romantic light fixture.

Each of the 5 pendant lights hanging underneath is one of our Corba lights handmade (you should see our forearms!) from retired Napa wine barrel rings and hung with pendant cord. Each cord is fully adjustable to 3' (36") and if you need longer, it's available for $1 per foot of cord (our cost). You can keep them at one height or multiple heights depending on your design needs.

I've always been captivated by the character of these retired wine barrel rings; at quick glance, they're all pretty similar, but when you look closely you start to see just how diverse they are, and how much they've been affected by their life holding a barrel together. Our team of talented artists decided to make a chandelier that celebrates this variety of texture and dimension.
We cut dozens of barrel rings into small pieces then carefully weld them together to make a cylinder that lets tons of light through but makes a design statement. Some have likened its industrial vibe to steampunk, but its rugged simplicity looks great whether the bulb's on or off.
Its a bit heavy (about 40 pounds) so you will need to anchor it directly into a beam or install a ceiling fan box. They make a retro fit one that is really easy to install. The cable is rated to 550 pounds each.

The "Dobla" is eye catching, elegant, and stunning! We love how this light captures the best of wine country with red wine stained staves and steel barrel rings. The flow of alternating concave and convex staves is a playful design that produces wonderful light, delightful shadows and fabulous texture.
I dry the barrels for a year to be sure they are ready then carefully take a part and cut the staves for size. The color is just incredible! Each barrel ring is bent by hand (you should see our forearms!) and made to order. In this world of big box stores it's refreshing to have something made just for you by an artisan.

Modern and chic yet wonderfully rustic, each "Blazon" is handmade from recycled materials. We bend the wine barrel rings by hand (you should see our forearms!) and carefully weld it together to create a shape that reflects the light. Some have said this has a steam-punk vibe to it, but we prefer the term "timeless." Simple and serene, it looks great on or off.

• We created this line of lighting to meet the demands of interior designers who asked for unique upcycled products with fun modern/industrial flavors.

For "Blazon" we start with 2 wine barrel rings and then randomly cut and weld pieces of wine barrel rings to the circles to make this exquisite and artistic chandelier. It's much harder than you think to be random and there are lots of hours designing and building this beautiful work of art.
If you need a longer cord/chain, just let us know. We also have these in many other sizes and they look absolutely amazing in groups or at different heights. Perfect for restaurants and bars.

The character of these wine barrel rings is captivating; at quick glance, they're all quite similar, but when you look closely you start to see just how diverse they are, and how much they've been affected by their life holding a barrel together. The "Dualistic" chandelier utilizes 2 of our 14 inch "Maruta" pendants (also sold separately), hung from a 14 inch recycled steel canopy. Our "Maruta" pendants are constructed from retired Napa wine barrel rings, which are hand-cut and shaped, creating a globe that really makes a design statement. Some have likened its industrial vibe to steampunk, but its rugged simplicity looks great in numerous settings and design schemes.

• We have combined our popular chandelier with our fun and playful wine bots for a totally awesome chandelier!!

In our continuing effort to be environmentally conscious and recycle, we came up with this fun filled idea to re-use wine barrel rings in a unique way.
This new "Seaside" design is simply amazing and the pictures really don't do it justice. Everyone who comes in the shop loves them and their funky style with unique rustic wine country charm.
We took rings from retired Napa wine barrels and carefully shaped them (by hand, you should see our forearms!) into an open cone to project the light sideways and downwards. The effect is truly delightful – the warm light from the vintage style bulb really makes it stand out.
Then we take barrel staves from a retired Napa wine barrel and construct them into a cross (approx 34-37" in diameter depending on the barrel) and carefully sand and seal it with 3 coats of a special UV sealer to protect it for decades to come prior to attaching the wine barrel ring pendants.
Not stopping there, we made 4 different wine bots and placed them in 4 different positions to bring a little playfulness to the light. Have an idea for what activity you'd like portrayed? Feel free to let us know, we'll happily create it.
This is a fun light. Really. Why just have a chandelier when you can have something fun? This one of a kind light will be the focus of your room and everyone (believe us) will remember it.

• The classic allure of the Nottingham family of lighting fixtures is not devoid of an enduring industrial flavor. The statement-making design features a schoolhouse-inspired globe glass nicely nestled in vintage-fashioned metal fittings.
• Straight, curved, ringed, and gooseneck arms dominate the fixture suspension department. Before the suspension of the artistic clear glass materializes, an intricate mechanical journey must take place at its peak. Each globe is defined by a squarely stepped seal with clasping knobs around the glass�s mouth. The glass then embraces the stepped rhythm as it bulges into a stepped descent. The "Drum" is crafted from retired Napa wine barrel rings and wine stained oak planks, you can see the beautiful patina after many years of happy wine-making.
These beautiful oak planks were originally used to flavor giant tanks of wine (think 270,000 gallons!) as well as regular barrels that have lost their flavor. During wine production, the oak planks soak in the wine for a year or more. The type of wine determines the resulting color. It projects the light sideways and downwards and puts out fantastic shadows.
The 4 light cluster puts out a lot of light so it's perfect over a table or kitchen island. The effect is truly delightful – the warm light from the vintage style bulbs really makes it stand out.

All our products are carefully handmade using recycled materials. They are individually handcrafted, one-of-a kind creations, and not factory manufactured. It is therefore quite difficult to make identical items, as the materials we use are very diverse in galvanized steel color, patina or rust level. Our attentive artisans make every effort to create only the best from materials with natural variations that should not be misconstrued as flaws. These make each piece of a handmade product charming and unique. The pictures may not be identical to the product you receive. It's probably even more awesome!

The "Teuthida" is a chandelier that is full of character! Actually it is named after a squid! I know, you can't un-see it now, but how whimsical of a chandelier to be able to transport you like that?! Image if you had a whole squad of these in one space! Mesmerizing! The "Teuthida" chandelier is guaranteed to delight.
The elegant lines and simplicity of this design was inspired by the Craftsman movement. Starting with retired wine barrel staves that have been dried for a year, we sand and seal them with 3 coats of a clear UV sealer to protect it for a lifetime of use.

• Got a large entryway or huge vaulted ceilings that need not just light, but a focal piece of art? Well here we are!

I started making these for log cabin clients and it just took off as the raw steel really looks fab against the natural wood. Many are featured in Log Cabin Home Magazine (links on my website).
I start with several retired Opus 1 wine barrel rings and then cut and weld them into the size needed. Each one is custom made to order so if you need a particular size, just let me know!
This version my client wanted 18 candelabra lights (12 on bottom, 6 on top) each with a real 100% natural bees wax candle covers. Real manila rope ties the 2 layers together adding a wonderful design detail and softening the metal look. Using natural elements softens the overall steel look and really adds character to the piece.

• We can switch the two rings for a different look or add more lights. Each one is custom built to order, give us a fun challenge!
• We do have these in larger sizes and also with multiple layers.
• Available in silver (natural wine barrel ring color) or black (pictured).

The ceiling plate is 100% recycled steel and has a metal UL plate on the back for easy electrical box connection and small front screws for attachment giving the effect that it's floating -- truly delightful!

The "Double Pannier" takes our use of Wine Barrel staves to another level. Two intricately crafted red wine stained oak pendants are attached to a sturdy and solid wine barrel stave. This chandelier truly transforms its raw materials into a soft, romantic light fixture. The Double Pannier produces wonderful light, delightful shadows and fabulous texture.
