Debbi Wetzel 'Yellow Barn Fall' Canvas Art, 10" x 19"by Trademark Fine Art(194)
Debbi Wetzel's studio overlooks a seasonally changing landscape in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Small village life with pumpkins on front porch, church steeples and crows in the cornfield are what inspire her work. Introduced to acrylics in the 70's, Debbi has found her own way around the medium, and painted on broken pieces of Vermont roofing shingle slate, antique wooden boxes and furniture and has now evolved into canvas originals . Bright , bold colors and sharp lines define the fall foliage, county architecture and telling the story of the countryside that Debbi likes to share in her paintings. Small details such as the pattern on the hanging quilt ,fireflies in the nighttime sky, or the trick or treat parade in the village are fun to investigate. Woodzels by Wetzels is the collaboration of husband Adam and Debbi doing art and craft shows for the past 40 years. Now teaching her grandchildren the fun of painting and the adventure of travel.

Jean Plout 'Le Coq Gray Stripe' Canvas Artby Trademark Fine Art(2)
I have lived and worked in Vermont since 1999. Through many wonderful mentors I have learned what it truly means to be a Vermonter. I now work as a freelance graphic designer, donating many of these skills to local community, non-profits groups. I help organize fundraising events, support two CSA programs in our valley, and paint the town (literally) at Christmas time to promote the local shop owners and beautify the _Old Business District_ of Manchester, Vermont. I closely align myself with a community arts organization in N. Bennington and have taught children and adults, workshops and afterschool classes through their in-house and outreach programs. At home, my husband and I are raising our two children, 26 chickens, 11 ducks and work to double our garden every spring, (so far, so good).

Annelein Beukenkamp 'Flower Power Yellow Blue' Canvas Artby Trademark Fine Art(4)
My watercolors and approach to painting are constantly evolving. I truly enjoy the beautiful way the pigments mingle and interact on the crisp white paper. Watercolor is my joy and passion and still has so much to teach me. I am a signature member of the Vermont Watercolor Society and have won several awards at various venues across the state. I participate in many yearly group and juried shows, some of which have included the Stratton Arts Festival, Envisioned in a Pastoral setting, Shelburne Farms, Art on the Mountain, Haystack, Reflections on Basin Harbor and Art in the Round Barn, Waitsfield. My favorite subject matter continues to be those ever colorful and varied flowers. They take well to the medium and allow me to stretch my palette to its fullest capacity. I strive to capture a blooms_ _essence_, not its exact reproduction. I think the reason I enjoy painting all those blossoms, stems from my childhood in the Netherlands, driving by field after field of explosive color on my way to my grandmother_s house. My paintings can be seen at various galleries across the state and recently I have had several of my images reproduced as limited edition Giclee prints. My watercolors are in private and corporate collections across the globe.

Joanne Porter 'Sunflowers' Canvas Art, 19"x14"by Trademark Fine Art(6)
As a floral painter, Joanne Porter prefers to work from fresh flowers rather than from photographs. When she starts a painting, Joanne imagines a slight breeze gently moving the pedals; she then tries to capture that movement in her composition. Using many layers of color, Joannes intent is to convey the delicate feel of the flowers as well as their richness of color.

Jean Plout 'Le Coq Rooster Trio' Canvas Artby Trademark Fine Art(1)

Mary Miller Veazie 'Lambs With Wreath' Canvas Art, 19"x14"by Trademark Fine Art(2)
Mary paints throughout the United States, and lives in Tennessee. Well known for her commissioned portraits in oil, Marys objective is to convey the spirit and personality of her subjects, while maintaining an accurate and convincing likeness. Utilizing a strong design framework, beautiful harmonic color, and masterful paint application, Mary connects with the viewer by creating powerfully expressive paintings designed to become family treasures. ?To keep her approach and technique fresh, Mary enjoys switching between painting disciplines. She has created a body of work that reflects her love of landscape and figure in a series featuring birds. A recent exploration into non-objective painting has taken Mary back to her abstract roots. These paintings, distilled to the essence of color and shape allow the viewer to create their own narrative. Mary continues to work on her Moody Florals which combine figurative and abstract painting techniques to present a fresh approach to traditional still life paintings.

Annelein Beukenkamp 'Blue Bottle' Canvas Artby Trademark Fine Art(6)
