One of our personal favorites, the "Suliya" is handcrafted from recycled wine barrel rings. The soft swirl of the wine barrel rings is what gives this piece such a unique look, unique but versatile, which is why it's so complimentary to any decor style! The Craftsman "Pasadena" pendant light transforms its raw materials into a soft, romantic light fixture. Crafted from retired wine barrel rings and staves, you can see the beautiful patina after many years of happy wine-making.
We start by meticulously cutting strips from wine barrels, then attach them to wine barrel rings shaped in a small circle. It projects the light sideways and downwards and puts out fantastic shadows. The barrel's classic natural oak faces inward, with the deep red of the stave exterior—earned during years of wine production—just glows in the light. Incredible.

The "Nacelle" is a chandelier that transforms its raw materials into the interesting, polished and petite pendant that you see here. Hand cut oak barrel staves are reformed to create a smaller version of a wine barrel. If you are a wine fanatic, then this is the pendant for you!
I start with retired barrels from California's premiere wine country and dry them for a year before I carefully take them apart and cut them into strips. Then taking the barrel rings and cutting and bending them by hand (you should see our forearms!) and then carefully assembling the staves in a perfect circle to let the light through and create amazing patterns.
Sealed with 3x coats of UV sealer protects your beautiful art for years to come and highlights the beauty of the barrel and colors after years of making incredible wine. Truly part of California's wine history.

Some have said this has a steam-punk vibe to it, but we prefer the term "timeless." Simple and serene, it looks great on or off.

THE FRANKLIN COLLECTION:

• The Franklin collection makes a strong minimalist statement without unnecessary flashiness. The straightforward design showcases a subtle interplay between the thin metalwork and a vintage bulb as the only glass highlight.
• A thin central stem drops sharply before curving out and gently dropping into a stepped socket. The socket then tapers before leading into a bulging vintage bulb. The bulb is housed within an encircling wireframe cage featuring smooth rings intersecting with bumpy frames. The vertical frames meet at the top ring, leaving the bottom ring open. Against the thinly layered backdrop, the vintage light pops with grandeur.

In our continuing effort to be environmentally conscious and recycle (and also make more awesome projects), we came up with this fun filled idea to reuse wine barrel rings in a unique way.
Reminiscent of the works of Mondrian, our STUDIO Collection plays with bold color and texture, creating modern sculptural pieces that are both artistic and utilitarian. Completely made from retired Napa wine barrel rings and recycled materials and each one is handmade to order. Need a particular color combo, just let me know!
The "Piramindi" pendant is handcrafted from recycled wine barrel rings. We cut dozens of barrel rings into small pieces by hand (you should see our forearms!) then carefully weld them together to create this beautiful work of art.
