Marion Rose 'Barkerville' Canvas Art, 19 x 14by Trademark Fine Art(1)
Most days, one would find Marion Rose putting on her favorite music or playing an old video before settling in to paint for the day in her spacious studio, especially once the winter chill set in. Her work is influenced by past masters such as Joaquin Sorolla, Tom Thomson, Carl Rungius, Bob Kuhn, and many others that work today in a variety of subject and media. She also studied printmaking, life painting and drawing in college in her 30's. Her subjects come from her life of traveling enthusiastically as often as she could, both close to home or across the ocean. Sketching and studying animals were a favorite pastime, setting an excellent foundation for creating authentic work. Texture and richly colored paint applied generously by knife or brush strokes capture the essence of a subject's spirit and demeanor.

Audrey 'Old Cabin In Woods' Canvas Artby Trademark Fine Art
I live and have always lived in the same small town and in the same house in western North Carolina. I have always loved photography and art, mainly portraits, and am a third generation artist. I went back to college to get a degree in Graphic Design and majored in photography. During this time I joined the Catawba Valley Camera Club and won many awards. At present I am on my third mural at my church and doing photography. Most of my photographs are from western North Carolina, Florida, Europe and Hawaii along with some western US photos. My family has become accustomed (well maybe tolerates) me yelling stop on a road trip for me to take photographs. I work in a variety of genres including landscape, floral, animals/wildlife, still life and portraits.

Annelein Beukenkamp 'Trio Geese' Canvas Artby Trademark Fine Art(2)
My watercolors and approach to painting are constantly evolving. I truly enjoy the beautiful way the pigments mingle and interact on the crisp white paper. Watercolor is my joy and passion and still has so much to teach me. I am a signature member of the Vermont Watercolor Society and have won several awards at various venues across the state. I participate in many yearly group and juried shows, some of which have included the Stratton Arts Festival, Envisioned in a Pastoral setting, Shelburne Farms, Art on the Mountain, Haystack, Reflections on Basin Harbor and Art in the Round Barn, Waitsfield. My favorite subject matter continues to be those ever colorful and varied flowers. They take well to the medium and allow me to stretch my palette to its fullest capacity. I strive to capture a blooms_ _essence_, not its exact reproduction. I think the reason I enjoy painting all those blossoms, stems from my childhood in the Netherlands, driving by field after field of explosive color on my way to my grandmother_s house. My paintings can be seen at various galleries across the state and recently I have had several of my images reproduced as limited edition Giclee prints. My watercolors are in private and corporate collections across the globe.

PIPA Fine Art 'Hoopes Falls in the Autumn' Matted Framed Art, 20x16by Trademark Fine Art
Melissa Fague has always had an appreciation and passion for visual arts or visual storytelling but her career in photographic art did not start until 2009. In 2011, Melissa established PI Photography and Fine Art and in October of 2013 Melissa received her degree in Digital Photography for the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. With visual storytelling, Melissa discovered that there is huge potential to express a more creative and personal vision on (to some individuals) ordinary subjects that are normally passed by without a second thought. Focusing her attention on Delaware allows Melissa to discover not only beautiful landscapes that Delaware offers but the chance to invoke mood and character of the region she lives in. Seeking to capture the beauty, or convey the emotional qualities of a place or moment in nature, her images have elicited responses ranging from evocative, to spiritual and breathtaking. Melissa became a national and international award winning landscape photographer in 2014 and to date, has had over 3 dozen published nature and landscape photos in various media outlets.

Richard Macneil, a self taught artist, formed The Macneil Studio in 2009 with his wife Judi and their sons Daniel and Kyle. Born in Winchester, Macneil started his working life as an artist at Worcester Royal Porcelain and has always worked in the fields of sculpture, ceramics, and illustration, both in the UK and internationally. He spent many years living on the east coast of the USA, then returned to Worcestershire and freelanced as an artist and greeting card designer. Richard spends any spare time he has with his family walking in the beautiful British countryside and fishing.
Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.
J.D. Mcfarlan 'Sylvan Lake, Sd 1' Canvas Artby Trademark Fine Art
I began my career as a photographer for my high school newspaper and went on to do portraits, weddings, and commercial photography. What eventually inspired me the most was scenic and nature. I have made photographs from Alaska to Europe to Africa. I have given a number of my shots a painted effect and also enjoy shooting scenes in infrared. I am graduate of The New York Institute of Photography and a member of the Georgia Professional Photographers Association. I own Berkshire Photography and am a member of the Tucker Arts Guild.

Ron Parker 'Lake Ohara' Canvas Art, 24"x18"by Trademark Fine Art
Ron Parker began painting as a career a little late in life. At the age of 35, he was inspired, after seeing an exhibition of original paintings by Fenwick Lansdowne, to try painting wildlife himself. His first effort, in 1977, was successful and he quit work and began painting full time. Using watercolors, a medium with which he was familiar, he began doing vignette paintings of birds and mammals, Within four months he was selling originals through the Harrison Gallery in Vancouver.

Fran Osuna 'The Enchanted Forest' Canvas Art, 19x12by Trademark Fine Art(1)
1x is not your average photo site. All photos on 1x are selected by a team of professional gallery curators, just like in a real photo gallery. Our curators have experience from well-known institutions such as Sotheby's and Tate Modern Art. We believe that everyone has an inner photographer, just waiting to be discovered. Getting published on 1x is a great achievement; many photographers whose works now hang in art galleries were once discovered on 1x. It's no coincidence that art directors, book editors, and magazines all over the world use photos from 1x photographers.
